Dr Shashi Mishra

MBBS, FRACGP

Special Interests: Paediatrics, chronic disease management, geriatriac, mental health, skin cancer. 

 

Dr Shashi has over 10 years experience in general practice. After graduating from medical school in India in 1998, he worked in primary, secondary, and tertiary health care settings before migrating to Australia in 2004.

 

During his medical training, he had the oppurtunity to work at Austin Health, Northern Health, Korumburra Medical Center and Boronia Medical Practice. In 2009, he was selected by Australian General Practice Training Program, VMA, as a training provider. In 2012, he successfully completed RACGP fellowship examinations. The experience and knowledge gained in multiple disciplines of medicine gives him an advantage in General Practice.

 

He also has lots of experience in taking care of elderly population in multiple Aged Care facilities. He performs minor surgical procedures on-site including implanon insertions and skin excisions. 

 

In his spare time he enjoys watching cricket, playing badminton and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Dr Irumini Muthukumarana

MBBS, FRACGP

Special Interests: Child health, women's health 

 

In 2012, Dr. Irumini Muthukumarana completed her medical training at Notre Dame University in Fremantle, and has recently achieved her fellowship with the RACGP. While working towards her fellowship, she worked in rural Victoria and at several medical centres across metropolitan Melbourne.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and four young kids.   


Dr Irumini is available for consultation on Tuesday.

Dr Bindiya Sethi

MBBS, FRACGP, DCH

Special Interests: Child health and women's health 

 

Dr Bindiya Sethi is an experienced medical practitioner with over 20 years experience in medicine. She did her GP training in Melbourne and is a fellow of the RACGP. She serves as a council member of the Victoria faculty of RACGP. 

She has additional qualifications in Children's health from the Westmead Hospital in Sydney. She is a Shared Maternity Care affiliate with Monash Health (Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong Hospital, Casey Hospital), Eastern Health (Box Hill Hospital, Angliss Hospital and Maroondah Hospital) and Mercy Health. She has experience in diabetes management and chronic disease management. 

 

She offers the following services:

1. Shared Maternity Care / Antenatal Care

2. Mirena insertion and removal

3. Medical Termination of Pregnancy

4. Contraceptive advice including Implanon NXT

5. Diabetes care.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Dr Ivan Subasinsenanayake

MBBS, FRACGP

Special Interests: Child health, chronic disease management, geriatriac, mental health, skin cancer. 

 

Having trained and worked in SriLanka, New Zealand and Australia, Dr Ivan has a holistic approach to healthcare. He has been in General Practice for over thirty years. Dr Ivan strives for optimal health outcomes through not only acute care, but also preventative medicine, lifestyle management and continuity of care. He thoroughly enjoys being able to help all of his patients keep in good health regardless of their age or medical requirements. 

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids and grandchildren.
